Happy Fall!! Our students are diving into some exciting learning this Fall!
In science and literacy, they are exploring how animals prepare for winter, making connections to the changing season all around us.
In math, students are building strong knowledge foundations by continuing their work with addition and subtraction. They are learning to solve problems more efficiently by moving from hands-on materials to number bonds and other strategies that deepen their conceptual understanding.
In addition, our students are expanding their world language skills by learning new words and phrases in Spanish—building confidence and curiosity about language and culture.
And speaking of "culture," please connect with your child's teacher and room parent if you're interested in sharing aspects of your culture with your child's classroom. It's a great way to highlight our connections as a school community.
We are so proud of the hard work and growth happening each day! Be sure to check out the photos below to see the learning in action.
Warmly,
Enjoy the weekend!
